Cara Anne Greene is a Nashville-based artist whose practice sits at the intersection of play and process. Utilizing metal, ceramics, and glass, she embraces experimentation, imperfection, and reuse as political acts. Her work is informed by family traditions of craft and self exploration as well as a deep belief in the transgressive potential of making as a form of community-building.

With deep family roots in Tennessee, she is passionate about fostering experimental arts and social change in the South. In addition to being a member of COOP, she serves on the boards of the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville and Abortion Care TN. Alongside her art practice and board engagement, she runs an operations consultancy supporting designers, artists, and creative businesses to build systems that both bolster their work and raise the industry standard for socially responsible business practices.
